NYE MARZIPAN cookies…
Nogen vil mene at marcipan-specier kun hører til i julen.. Men altså, en småkage er en småkage og dem spiser jeg altså hele året #cleaneating hahaha (NOT)!

De kan nydes med en god kop te efter middagen eller bruges som værteinde gave til f.eks. nytår.

Some people might argue that theese cookies can only be made during Christmas. But.. I mean a cookie is a cookie and i eat thoose all year around #cleaneating hahaha (NOT)!
The recipe belongs to the Danish baking Queen Anne Chocolat! in order to make theese you will need:
200g Of Softend Butter
90g Of Icing Sugar
75g Of Marzipan
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Powder
250g Of Flour
1 Beaten Egg
Demerara Sugar To Sprinkle
Beat butter, icing sugar, Marzipan and vanilla in a machine at a medium speed.
Add the flour and increase the speed to fast until the dough is coherent. Let the batter rest for 1/2 hour.
Shape the dough into 4 rolls and pack them in sling film. Let the doe set in the fridge over night.
Egg wash the rolls and sprinkle them with Demerara sugar
Cut into 4-5 mm cookies and bake at 175 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes!
